Architectural Technologies - 1989

I worked for a number of medium to large architectural firms in Calgary until 2003 when I formed by own independent consultancy, M3D DesignWorks. Since then, I have been working via internet from a home-based office. My projects range from basement renovations to high rises. I love the variety and independence.

Gordon Barr

Aircraft Maintenance Engineers Technology - 1989

Barr (AMT 1989) began his career at Kelowna Flightcraft where he worked on the CV580 and B727 and eventually on the Convair 5800 prototype project before moving on to DHL in Bahrain for the next 10 years. There he worked on aircraft such as the B727, CV580, SA227, B757 and helped set up the Technical Services department. He is still working with DHL Air Ltd. at UK East Midlands Airline as the Deputy Technical Services Manager.
